Equipment for PBT, Stretch & Strength and Yoga
PBT:
Students should have the following equipment to fully particpate in the PBT class.
One Exercise/Fit Ball

Students under 4’8″ in height: 45cm diameter ball

Students between 4’8″ and 5’3″ in height: 55cm diameter ball

Students between 5’3″ and 5’10” in height: 65cm diameter ball

Students between 5’10” and 6’4″ in height: 75cm diameter ball
One Fusion Ball/soft playground ball, 20-23cmin diameter
One Theraband/resistance band

Medium Strength
-
Long the better, ideally 9+’ in length
One small ball
-
8″ in circumfrence
-
Lacrosse balls or racquetballs work well
Stretch & Strength and Yoga:
Students need to bring a yoga mat to class.
